Let's kick off our circuit training on the hill! This 30 minute workout can prove to be challenging, but It can be modified for all to enjoy! This is one of the best workouts to improve cardio endurance while incorporating some strength.
Options are to just walk up and down hill till you build enough endurance to do the circuit!

Please bring any hydration you would need!
