My objective is to accumulate 15,000 steps while engaged in dancing, which I consider a beneficial form of physical activity. Any form of healthy activity aligns seamlessly with the “Naperville Healthy Activities Group.”
Therefore, I invite you to join me for enjoyable dancing and social activities on Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
The instructor will provide three dance lessons throughout the evening. The first lesson will commence at 7:00 PM, followed by the second at 8:00 PM and the third at 9:00 PM.
If you are able to attend, kindly arrive 6.30 PM which is thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time to facilitate a warm-up dance session and ensure ample space on the floor for practice.
