Abstract:
As I sat in a talk listening to Ed Finkler, it changed my life and inspired me to do more. After volunteering to help out at OSMI I dived deep into the mental health world learning some of the numbers around this massive topic. As I kept diving, I kept hearing more and more people say they just didnt know what to do. This talk aims to pull the curtains back on the staggering numbers around mental health and what initiatives like OSMI are doing to help developers all over the world
