So, how does it work? We've turned "work" into a dance party by seamlessly blending low-intensity and high-intensity moves in a calorie-burning, interval-style dance fitness extravaganza. As Latin and World rhythms sweep you off your feet, you'll understand why Zumba® Fitness classes are often referred to as a secret exercise in disguise.
