Welcome to the Nashville Social 30s-40s group! I know it is kind of a boring name... but I promise that will be the only boring thing about this group! I'm an experienced Meetup host but new to Nashville. Whenever I move somewhere new, I love researching and creating a bucket list of all the quintessential experiences to have in the area. I've got a list started and am excited to start adventuring!

Now in its fourth year, this partially-improvised musical sketch comedy celebration of East Nashville's most chaotic corner of the internet has become an unofficial Tomato Art Fest weekend tradition. The show is 90% new every year, built from real posts pulled from the Facebook page over the past twelve months, so even longtime fans see fresh material. After two sold-out nights at Riverside Revival in 2025, we're moving to Eastside Bowl in 2026, with surprise guest stars each night (TBA). You don't have to be in the group, or even live in East Nashville, to get the joke - everyone leaves having a great time. But if you live here, eat here, shop here, or have ever argued about where to get the best tacos, this one's especially for you. Dining Around Town: Casual Chain Crawl @ Shoney's
Shoney's, 546 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN, USFor 2026 we are introducing a new category of our popular Dining Around Town Series called... Casual Chain Crawl with Cristina!
Since this group began, we have consciously tried to avoid be chain restaurants in favor of supporting small and local businesses. However with such a multicultural group, it is not surprising that multiple members have expressed interest in checking out some of the most popular American chain restaurants as a cultural dining experience of sorts.
One of our most passionate members, "Italian Cristina", has volunteered to host this series and has researched and hand selected the locations which are all over the greater Nashville area.
For this event, we are heading to... Shoney's!

Adventure Science Center, 800 Ft Begley blvd., Nashville, TN, USA visit to The Adventure Science Center has been on our Nashville bucket list and when I saw this Way Late Play Date: Camp Fear (21+) I was immediately intrigued!
NOTE: This isn't a haunted house. Nothing will jump out at you—but something might stay with you.
