Do you follow a carnivore, animal based, ketogenic or low carb diet? Or are you meat curious? Fantastic! We'd love to MEAT you!
This group is for any of the above who:

  1. understand the importance of animal based foods in human nutrition
  2. want to avoid processed seed oils, processed grains & processed sugar
  3. would like to join a community of nutritionally like minded people

We'll MEAT UP for meals, announce events of interest & plan some adventures of our own
