Why take a Sound Bath?
We live in a world of forms. These forms are made up of cell lives, and each of these lives has its own emanatory and contributory influence. The condition of our cells, (dependent upon their quality), can either coarsen or refine, thus lowering or raising the physical vibration and the surrounding subtle bodies we each possess.

Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system.

The relaxing tones of crystal bowls have been shown to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Alignment with the tones of the Crystal Bowls is one of the most dynamic forms of sound healing found today.

In particular, I integrate the Solfeggio tones into my work because they are dissonant to the Western diatonic scale. The dissonance embedded into each Solfeggio overtone not only cleanses our cells via sound vibration but also bridges us into newer, higher and more pure frequencies which are now available rather than simply resonating with where we have already been. Of course, the subtle energy devices I work with can actually measure the impact and influence of these tones!
