You're invited to a deeply grounding Somatic Yoga Class this Tuesday, July 22 at 6 PM CT on Zoom.
Theme: Root Chakra Healing – Ground Into Your Power

This class is floor-based, gentle, and trauma-informed—designed to help you feel safe, steady, and supported in your body. We'll move intuitively, connect through affirmations, breathwork, mudras, and seal it all with a restful meditation.

Feel free to play your own music softly in the background (until Savasana), since it can be difficult to hear me clearly when I stream music on my end.
