Not about fixing yourself.

But about remembering who you are beneath the stress, the expectations, and the noise.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that helps you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your inner wisdom. It meets you exactly where you are and supports you in releasing what you’ve been carrying—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
In this class, we focus deeply on self-healing through the lens of the Divine Feminine—softness, receptivity, intuition, and inner strength.
You will learn how to:
• Calm your nervous system and release stress
• Work with your own energy for healing and balance
• Connect with your intuition and inner guidance
• Support your emotional and spiritual well-being
• Create simple daily practices that nourish and sustain you
You will also receive your Reiki attunement, opening your energy channels so you can continue this work for yourself long after the class ends.
This is not about becoming a healer for others (though you can).
This is about becoming a safe, grounded, and loving space for yourself.
