Kundalini yoga is a powerful blend of deep meditation, movement, breath, focus, sound, grounding, and rest. All of these elements work together in synergy that allows us to drop deeply into the inner space of our own consciousness, soften the mind's grip on our everyday human experience, and create a somatic reset through breath and body connection.
Many people describe the practice as a "cellular shower" -- a much needed clearing or recalibration of their system. It carries just enough intensity to create meaningful change.
Over time, Kundalini yoga has earned the nickname "yoga of awareness' --it doesn’t create what we feel; it simply reveals what’s already present—physically, emotionally, and mentally. In this, it offers a space: space to see, to feel, and to know more clearly. For many, this clarity becomes a catalyst for insight. One longtime student recently shared that over a decade of practice, their most significant life decisions became clear during or just after a class.
Kundalini doesn't give you answers, insights, or directions—it simply helps you to hear the ones that were already within you.
At the end of each class there is a 20 minute sound healing with a Symphonic Gong where your efforts and intentions gently integrate. This closure supports the shift from doing to receiving as the deep stillness of your body allows the sound and frequency of the gong to carry your experience into deeper layers of yourself.
Led by Crystelle, these Wednesday and Sunday classes draw from nearly two decades of devoted teaching and lived experience.

6:15pm WEDNESDAY LOCATION: 100 Taylor Street (inside the Taylor Street collective at Mindful NASHVILLE)
11:00am SUNDAY LOCATION: The Studio Belle Meade at the Hwy 100/70 split
