What we’re about
Welcome to the Nashville Social 30s-40s group! I know it is kind of a boring name... but I promise that will be the only boring thing about this group! I'm an experienced Meetup host but new to Nashville. Whenever I move somewhere new I love researching and creating a bucket list of all the quintessential experiences to have in the area. I've got a list started and am excited to start adventuring!
Are you looking to meet new people, in our age group, while marking a few things off your Nashville, Tennessee or 2025 bucket list? If so, this Meetup is for you!
I'm looking forward to socializing over a cup of coffee/tea, engaging in lively discussions and exploring all that Nashville has to offer! You know what they say... it's not what you do in life that makes it fun—it's who you do it with!

Nashville Nightmare, 1016 Madison Square, Madison, TN, USJoin us for a night of screaming fun at... Nashville Nightmare!
ABOUT:
Nashville Nightmare started in 2011 and is one of the highest rated haunted houses. The 2025 attractions include Horror High, The Boogieman, Fairy Tale Hell, and Area-X.What to Expect:
ScareFactor said: Nashville Nightmare didn’t just give us nightmares – it made them larger than life! We ducked from the Boogieman himself, crept through the halls of a horror-filled high school, tumbled into twisted storybooks in Fairy Tale Hell, and even found ourselves trapped inside a UFO area in Area-X! Four full-blown haunts, each with its own story, make this destination a scream factory worth every second!
But the frights don’t stop at the exits. The midway here is alive with some of the most interactive characters we’ve ever seen! Add in a massive gift shop packed with spooky treasures, photo ops, and plenty of space to soak it all in, and you’ve got a night that delivers wall-to-wall fear and fun. Make no mistake – this one should be on every haunt fan’s bucket list!TIME:

Dining Around Town: Riverview Restaurant & Marina (Ashland City)
Riverview Restaurant, 110 Old River Rd, Ashland City, TN, USThis month our Dining around Town series takes us to Riverview Restaurant & Marina in Ashland City for lunch!
RESERVATION NOTE:
I have made a reservation for a party of 8 at 1pm on the covered deck with river views.COST:
Whatever you order.ABOUT from web:
Riverview Restaurant & Marina was established in 1956. It began as a one room shack that sold hot dogs, burgers and cold drinks on the weekends. As the place grew more popular, another room was added to accommodate seating. Over the years, more additions were made to the building and dock as the need arose. Overlooking the Cumberland River, it became a popular riverfront dining destination. In May 2010, one of the worst floods in Middle Tennessee history destroyed the building. After over a year, Riverview Restaurant & Marina reopened on May 25, 2011. The beautiful new restaurant features indoor and outdoor waterfront seating in a relaxing atmosphere, along with the friendly service and great food that has been the heart all along.MENU:
