Our talented instructors bring years of teaching and performing experience and hold additional fitness certifications to ensure a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for every student.

This trial class is guided by an experienced aerial arts instructor.
Sling is a single piece of fabric rigged at both ends to a central point, with the middle of the fabric being the area students work with. It can be a great apparatus for beginners and like aerial silks, the focus in aerial sling is on building strength in the hands, arms, and core to perform a variety of movements with fluidity. Students will practice the fundamentals, inverting, twisting, turning, and creating beautiful sequences. Sling can also involve spinning, which is introduced in class to help students become accustomed to the motion.
