Here's the deal with Phat Bites, a healthy dining joint which it offers some truly delicious awesome Sandwiches and healthy Salads which taste incredible - simply PHAT. It's the type of food or cuisine style served here at Phat Bites which you wouldn't typically expect in this part of Nashville. Yet, once you experience the glorious goodness at Phat Bites, you'll fully understand it's worth the trip here regardless of the distance you travel. In fact, it's part of many foodie USA road trips we've assembled. Phat Bites is a welcoming change from the typical BBQ cuisine Nashville is famous for, in a good way. Once you get to Phat Bites, there's plenty of amazing choices here but from our experience we suggest you try the Big Jerk which is made from Jerk Pork and Caramelized Onions. In addition, their Ninja Bomb with Granola is superb and not to be outdone by their famous Long Life Salad which is ultra loaded with fresh local Cranberries, dried Mangos, Plums, Pecans, Beans, Lentils, Peas and Kale. Other awesome items that always come up with friends whom have been here include the Steak Sandwiches, Mac 'n Cheese, Pretentious Mullet, Blackbean Burger, Sliced Potatoes and more. Environment is amazing with art all over the walls and in our eyes a super eclectic and unique flavor, texture profile in each meal makes it unique and worthwhile.
