"New York-style pizza with vintage motorsport, a menu of Italian-inspired classics, and a curated collection of motorcycles, apparel, & accessories. Open every day for lunch & dinner. Menu by Executive Chef Wes Scoggins. New York-style pizza with both familiar & rotating seasonal pies. Each starts with naturally fermented dough – a blend of unique & distinctive artisanal flours with fermentation assistance from a proprietary yeast strain cultivated from local TN wildflowers and Texas Hill Country. Beverage program follows the same approach offering custom cocktails plus classic spritzes, Negronis, bourbon, & tequila cocktails, accompanied by a strong amari program & a focused list of wines & local beers.
