We’re Emily and Brock Pries, and along with our daughter Savannah (“Vannie”), we set out to create the kind of corner market we always wished existed in the Clifton Avenue community. Inspired by the convenience of NYC bodegas, the warmth of European neighborhood cafés and bars, and the hospitality of our Midwestern roots, we built a place that brings all three together — with a Nashville heartbeat. Vannie’s Table is more than a market. It’s a place for neighbors to gather, linger, recharge, and feel known. You’ll find local goods, curated groceries, quick meals, fresh drip coffee, beer and wine on tap, and plenty of little touches that make this space feel personal: community events, a suggestion mailbox, familiar faces, and that “pull up a seat” energy we love.
