Welcome to NAIC- National Apartment Investing Community meetup! This group is for individuals looking to build legacy wealth through out-of-state apartment investing. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month.
Whether you are just getting started in real estate investing or a seasoned investor who wants to increase their returns, we focus on helping you understand the benefits of “Commercial Multifamily Properties” - simply put, Apartment Investing. Our hosts are investors themselves with apartments focused on cash flow markets across the nation such as Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky and Georgia.
At our meetup, we seek to help anyone interested in creating real wealth through passive cash flow investments. So come join us to further your knowledge on apartment investing and network with other investors.
What to expect? At each monthly event, our hosts bring together the Southern California real estate investing community with guest speakers, educational resources, investment insight and more. We will cover topics such as apartment education, market updates, SEC & legal perspective, tax benefits, valuation/underwriting, investing with your IRA/401k, structuring real estate entities, cost segregation, and more.
