Group Description:
The National Black Customer Success Professionals (NBCSP) group was created as a professional development resource for diverse cultures who are interested in Customer Success (CS) as a career path to leadership opportunities or is currently working in CS Manager function. We are here to offer a positive perspective on Customer Success roles and management. Though this is a public forum, we are a safe place for sharing authentic insights, information and strategies so we can help each other find positive, effective, resolutions to solve the issues that are keeping us up at night.
This is a professional group. It is a means to galvanize black Customer Success Professionals that are interested in stepping their game up and leading in Customer Success. If you can't find a seat at the table, create your own table and invite others to sit at it alongside you.
