What we’re about
Welcome to the group! I intend to create this community for those who want to seek refuge and insight from the natural spaces around us. We'll be gathering for a gently guided experience of reconnection with nature. Whether you are seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life or looking to deepen your spiritual connection with nature, this group is for you. Our intention to experience nature always leads us back to connecting with ourselves - because after all, we are part of nature :)
Regardless of age, background, religions, and abilities - all are welcome!
About the experience:
The sessions are not bound by techniques or practices (such as meditation or mindfulness), although we are free to approach nature in these ways. We might begin and end with stories, and simply have an empathetic approach to nature and ourselves. This way, there are endless possibilities, and it becomes easier to accept ourselves however we show up. For the most part, we will flow with our relationship with nature and welcome any healings that will take place.
On donations:
Observing nature has inspired me in its generous way of being. So for as long as this group is up, I would like to facilitate these sessions for free.
If you wish to give back in some way, donations are welcome. Or even better, give back to nature in some way. Whether it is monetary, service, advocacy, or ceremony.
About me:
My dream is to reignite our connection with nature and bring us city folk closer to nature and ourselves! In my previous work, I partnered with horses and nature to conduct experiential sessions. My certifications are a unique blend of having a social work degree, Equine Assisted Learning and Coaching certifications, and various experiential courses in natural spaces around the world. Okay, that's all I'll write about flexing my certifications :p

Natural Embodiment Sessions: A Gently Guided Nature Experience
Sitting area behind Parkland Green Starbucks, 920 East Coast Parkway (S)449875, Singapore, Singapore, SGAbout the experience: 🍃༄
Winding things down in December creates the perfect rhythm to immerse yourself in nature. This practice of natural embodiment is a not a hike nor is it meant to be therapy - it is a slow, reflective, and embodied practice.
During the session, we move at an unhurried pace and pause often. Through nature-inspired invitations, such as listening to the sand, holding a natural object, or resting in stillness — we allow nature to meet us where we are, without trying to fix or force anything.
This practice draws on somatic awareness, gentle attention, and non-linear exploration. Experiences may feel calming, emotional, grounding, or quietly insightful — each person’s experience will be different.
There is no expectation to perform, share, or achieve anything. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
This session is open to anyone who feels drawn to slow down and listen — to themselves, to nature, and to what emerges in the space between. 🌳

Q&A:
Where do we meet?
- We'll start at 5.30pm and meet meet around Starbucks in Parkland Green. I should be standing there awkwardly, probably in blue track pants.
Is this Forest Therapy?
- It can be, if that is what the experience means to you. I do not claim to facilitate Forest Therapy as that is not my training or intention. This is purely my own craft and passion, led by my heart and expertise. Therapy puts power outside you - but I believe that power, and nature, resides in you.
Is this religious?
- I come without religious leanings. However, you are free to integrate religion into your experience! I often find these experiences step between the physical and spiritual realm, and that can exist outside of religion.
What if it rains?
- If it rains, it depends what you want to do. If you need shelter, we will go to a suitable spot. If you want to dance in the rain, I'm sure the rain will only welcome you :)
