What we’re about
Welcome to my nature-based and creative mindfulness community group! My goal is to provide a space for individuals who are interested in developing a deeper connection with nature, themselves and practicing mindfulness techniques in a natural setting or through creativity.
I hope to meet individuals from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for nature, creative and mindfulness practices. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, our community welcomes you with open arms.
At the events, I will explore various techniques for connecting with nature, ourselves and practicing mindfulness, such as guided meditations, creative activities, mindful walks, crafting and sensory exercises. I will also provide opportunities for group discussions and sharing experiences.
My events will usually be held in various natural settings, such as parks, forests, and gardens, to allow participants to fully immerse themselves in nature. I believe that being surrounded by natural beauty and fresh air helps to foster a sense of calm and connectedness with the world around us. Creative activities will usually take place indoors.
Join my community group and let’s embark on a journey towards greater mindfulness and connection with nature together!
