WHAT TO EXPECT:

Part 1: Movement Flow
We'll string along several key movements to warm-up and listen to our bodies to find out what where we are in our movement journey.

Part 2: Skills
We'll focus on key movements depending on your experience and interests, including the humble squat, lifting, balance, etc.

Part 3: Play
Cast your vote whether we'll play follow-the-leader, animal tag, etc.

Part 4: Learn our secret hand-shake :)

water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing, minimalist footwear preferred
