Come move, play, and connect with the movement community at Shorebird Park at the Berkeley Marina this Saturday morning!
This isn’t just a workout — it’s a gathering of folks who love to move, explore, and share the joy of physical activity and function. Whether you're climbing, crawling, jumping, or just soaking in the vibe, you're welcome here.
We'll be on grass, dirt, and a wonderfully climbable low tree with branches about 3 feet off the ground. Everything is optional — we geek out on customizing movement to suit everyone’s comfort and ability. All you need is curiosity—we’ll take care of the rest.
Here’s what’s going down:
- Meet at 9:30 am by the Infinity Tree at Shorebird Park. (Check the event photo and map. If you’re lost in the wild, call or text 415-830-3274.)
- Guided warm-up to wake up the body and dial into the day.
- Primal movement session – a full**-**body interval workout that we design as a group.
- Wind down to ease into the rest of your day revitalized and energized!
We’ll finish up around 11 am, then optionally hop in the bay for a quick cooldown and swim.
Bring water, an open mind, and a willingness to move in new ways.
