Step out of the gym cave and into the sunlight — literally. This primal outdoor workout is all about reconnecting with the elements, waking up your inner beast, and enjoying the ridiculously underrated magic of the sun.
We’ll be moving through a simple but spicy circuit of bodyweight drills: think crawling, squatting, pushing, pulling, jumping, and maybe the occasional “why did I agree to this?” grin. All fitness levels are welcome — we scale, modify, and celebrate every rep.

### Who It’s For
Anyone craving a workout that’s fun, functional, and instinctively human — no machines, no mirrors, no nonsense.
- Meet at 9:30 am by the Infinity Tree at Shorebird Park. (Check the event photo and map. If you’re lost in the wild, call or text 415-830-3274.)
- Guided warm-up to wake up the body and dial into the day.
- Primal movement session – full-body interval workout that we design as a group.
- Wind down to ease into the rest of your day revitalized and energized!
We’ll finish up around 11 am, then optionally hop in the bay for a quick cooldown and swim.
