Coordination, strength and mobility at Berkeley Marina

Come get a fun and multi-faceted workout at Shorebird Park in Berkeley Marina on Saturday morning.
We will be moving on grass, dirt and a low tree with branches up to 3 feet or so off the ground. Everything is optional and we love to nerd out on ways to scale things to your comfort and ability!
Here's the plan for Saturday:
- All ages and experience welcome
- Meet at 9:30am by the Infinity Tree at Shorebird Park. (See the event photo and map. Call or text 415-830-3274 if you need help.)
- Guided 30-minute warmup.
- Primal movements getting you in touch with the ground, with gravity, and with obstacles like the infinity tree offering creative movement possibilities..
- Guided 30-minute session playing with coordination and reflexes using tennis balls.
- We'll build up from basic tossing and catching to complex movements like catching multiple balls in sequence with bigger body movements in-between.
- Bring your creativity and share ideas as they come up!
- We'll finish with a short interval workout to get your cardiovascular system working.
- Workout done by 11am.
Afterward we'll have time to sit together, chill out, check in and enjoy the park.
