Primal Movement Flow Workout, of course Outdoors!

# 💪 Primal Pump: Lift, Twist & Move Naturally
Come build primal strength, explore natural movement, and connect with the outdoor movement community at Shorebird Park at the Berkeley Marina!
This isn’t your typical gym workout. Primal Pump blends kettlebells, dumbbells, and even rocks with primal movement patterns and rotational exercises to build functional strength throughout the body.
We’ll challenge our muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues through a variety of natural movements—lifting, carrying, twisting, crawling, squatting, and more. Think strength training meets the freedom of moving the way our bodies were designed to move.
Whether you're an experienced lifter, a movement enthusiast, or simply curious about getting stronger in new ways, you're welcome here. We'll explore, experiment, and adapt exercises to suit everyone's comfort and ability. No need to lift heavy or keep up with anyone else—the goal is to build resilient strength, move better, and have fun doing it.
### 🔥 Here's what's going down:
- Meet at 9:30 AM by the Infinity Tree at Shorebird Park. (Check the event photo and map. If you're lost in the wild, post a chat message on this Meetup event)
- Primal warm-up: Wake up the body with natural movement, mobility, and dynamic stretches.
- Primal Pump session: A full-body workout combining kettlebells, dumbbells, rocks, and bodyweight movements. We'll incorporate rotation, carries, ground-based movement, and creative strength challenges.
- Move together: We'll design and adapt our workout as a group, sharing ideas and exploring different ways to develop strength, coordination, balance, and mobility.
- Wind down: Recover, reconnect, and head into the rest of your day feeling stronger and energized.
We'll finish around 11 AM, with an optional dip in the bay for a refreshing cooldown and swim.
### 🌿 What to bring
- OPTIONAL: your favorite kettlebells, dumbbells, exercise bands
- Water and comfortable clothes you can move in.
- An open mind and a willingness to experiment.
- Your playful, curious, adventurous side!
Train for life... and fun! Let's build strength that carries over into the real world, rediscover what our bodies can do, and enjoy the process together.
Hope to see you there!
