Let’s get together for a guided experience in the beauty of Nature!

This will be a slow, meditative walk over easy terrain where we learn how to step out of our heads and embrace the healing power of the woods. This follows the practice sometimes called “Forest Bathing”.

This will be a shorter experience of approximately 1-1/4 hours. Please bring a water bottle and dress appropriate to the weather. And yes, there are bathrooms on site!

Please arrive at 1:15 so we can begin promptly at 1:30. Hope to see you there!
