Let’s get together for a guided experience in the beauty of Nature!

This will be a slow, meditative walk over easy terrain where we learn how to step out of our heads and embrace the healing power of the woods.

Plan on 2-1/2 hours. Please bring a water bottle and dress appropriate to the weather. And yes, there are bathrooms on site!

Please arrive at 1:15 so we can begin promptly at 1:30. Hope to see you there!
