Let’s get together for a guided experience in the beauty of Nature. Forest Bathing is a unique approach - a slow, meditative walk over easy terrain where we learn how to step out of our heads, embrace the healing power of the woods, and open our hearts to communicate with the forest.

Plan on 2-1/2 hours. Please bring a water bottle and dress appropriate to the weather. There are bathrooms on site.

We will end up with tea.

Please arrive at 1:45 so we can begin promptly at 2:00. Hope to see you there!
