Reading with Nature at Mueller Park, Subiaco

I apologise for the delay in getting this up - I have not been well so have needed to take a break from going out/hosting etc. Buttttt....

Let's keep it up and get back out into nature, read, & connect! Spring is here and the weather is looking lovely! If you haven't already, dust those books and Kindles/E-readers off or head down to your local library or book store, and join us for a chill Saturday afternoon at Mueller Park, Subiaco. Invite your friends or come solo!

As per my recent post - please take RSVP's very seriously as it affects planning & respect of all people involved. If you cannot attend, please amend your RSVP accordingly. Meet near the Mueller Park Play Space/Public Toilets (https://maps.app.goo.gl/uxtSPcKzZ4Qsh3dJ7).

Weather note: If weather is poor, we will still go ahead and utilize venues or cover within walking distance. Arrive early/on time and keep an eye on comments/updates for information.

Look for a red blanket (plus a bunch of other blankets laid out)

Please bring your own independent book/s. You can also bring cushions, blankets, food etc. to make yourself more comfortable if you want to (chairs are welcome as well!). Some blankets to sit/lay on will be provided. Water and sun protection is also advised and maybe bug spray since it will be early evening/late afternoon by the time we finish.

We will start with a chat & introduction (max. 20mins) and then 60mins of silent reading 😁

Feel free to stay back and share what you have read and just hang out. We can also pop into a venue nearby if the vibe invites it.

Public transport: Transperth Bus Stops and West Leederville Station within walking distance.

Parking also available - unsure of fees but looks like there are a few spots.
