Nature & Conscious Connections is a wellness community rooted in Singing Bowls of the Rockies, a well-known sound healing space in Colorado Springs.
We bring people together through a unique blend of:
hiking, nature, movement, and sound baths.
There is no single format — each experience flows naturally:
Sometimes we begin with sound, then step into nature to integrate
Sometimes we begin with nature, then rest deeply in sound
Sometimes we gather just for hikes, camping, or connection
Sometimes just for sound baths
Nature opens. Sound integrates. Movement connects it all.
