Come unwind with a relaxing sunset experience in nature and take a moment to slow down, reconnect, and meet like-minded people in a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere ✨
We’ll meet at Metro Lago at 19:30 and head into Casa de Campo, one of Madrid’s most beautiful green spaces 🌳 often known as the “Lungs of Madrid.” As the sun begins to set 🌅, we’ll step away from noise, screens, and daily pressure to enjoy a calm and grounding evening in nature.

During the experience, I will gently guide you through simple mindfulness practices in nature 🧘♀️🍃 The rest of the time, we’ll also enjoy walking together and sharing the space in a natural, easygoing way — with presence, ease, and connection.
