Details

### Feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed in your working life

You have begun your career journey but things feel a little off.Maybe you’re trying to keep up, but it’s messy inside. The pressure to perform is real. The direction is unclear. And the truth is there’s no space to talk about it.
You’re not alone.
This is a free, small-group nature-based session for young adults navigating the uncertainties and challenges of early adulthood, career stress, self-doubt, and silent questions we often keep to ourselves.

### 🌱 What to Expect:

We’ll gather as a small circle and take mindful pause in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Reflection
  • Simple grounding practices in nature
  • Peer listening (No giving of advice and only honest presence)
  • Shared stories (If you feel like sharing)

This is not a workshop, motivational talk or therapy session.
It’s a safe, real and honest space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and realise you're not walking alone.

### 🌿 Who It’s For:

  • 20–30 years old
  • Have begun working
  • Feel overwhelmed, stuck or questioning your direction
  • Looking for authentic conversations in a calm and safe space

### ✨ Come As You Are.

It’s complimentary, personal and quietly powerful. Let this be your pause between.
