What we’re about

This group is for anyone interested in energy healing, self healing, reducing stress and anxiety and nature ! In our sessions we learn to how to bring mindfulness into our lives and ignite our ability to self heal through Qi Gong , sound bath , breath-work , tapping and Reiki. All sessions and events are held in an outdoor setting where we are able to incorporate the many benefits being out in nature already offers us.No experience necessary. All levels welcome. Family friendly.Pet friendly. A different session every time .Looking forward to joining you on your self care journey
