Lakefront Qigong and Sound Bath

Join us for one hour of relaxed bliss outside in beautiful nature. We will be meeting at beautiful Big Bear Lake for a Qigong Moving Meditation followed by a relaxing sound bath. Please bring a chair, mat, towel, or blanket for the sound bath. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend.
