Sunday Reset Sound Bath and Qigong Moving Meditation. Relax under a canopy of trees while you reset your parasympathetic nervous system with a relaxing sound bath and Qigong moving meditation under the trees.
Please bring a chair, yoga mat towel, or a blanket for the sound bath.
