🕰 Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Live location will be shared via WhatsApp for the first 15 minutes.

Coach Yan – swim coach, workshop trainer, life coach, and meditation facilitator with 10+ years of experience. She guides individuals and families to gain clarity, emotional balance, self-trust and authentic connection.
