Being neurodivergent in a mostly neurotypical world can be draining. This weekly group creates a place to show up authentically, connect with people who get it, and learn real strategies that actually work for your brain.

Each session starts with a relaxed check-in and intro, then we dive into a weekly topic like executive function, sensory regulation, masking, boundaries, relationships, identity, or finding community. We’ll share information, reflect together, and practice skills through simple activities. There’s always room for members to bring their real-life wins and struggles into the conversation and receive support from peers and facilitators.
