In our Heartfulness relaxation and meditation session you will learn how to gently turn your attention inward, connect with and meditate on the source of light in your heart, where you will begin to feel and experience the lightness and joy of your authentic-self. All meditation levels welcome - as no meditation experience required - over the age of 15. Class will be guided by a certified Heartfulness trainer.
