MISSION
NCBW advocates on behalf of women of color to promote Leadership Development and Gender Equity in health, education and economic development.
VISION
We are an organization of progressive women of African decent whose voice and force for gender equality and socio-political advancement drives meaningful change to benefit women of color.
COMMUNITY FOCUS
• HIV/AIDS - Educating and increasing awareness of HIV/AIDS upon African-American women and girls.
• EDUCATION ADVOCACY - Helping students navigate through the education system and transition into college. STEM programs and camps for young girls.
• CULTURAL ENRICHMENT - Increasing awareness of arts available in the community.
• OUTREACH - Micro-lending program to support women of Otuam Ghana West Africa. Funding for HIV-Aids awareness in Otuam Ghana West Africa.
STEM EDUCATION PROGRAMS
P:SMT - The Pathfinder: Science, Math and Technology Scholarship program helps young 4th-8th grade minority girls develop an appreciation for math, science and technology. Our goal is to help them prepare for careers in the interdependent high-tech economy and global scientific community.

Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Silicon Valley Chapter for the She’s Unapologetically Valuable Mentorship Series. This program is designed to help girls and young women build confidence, financial knowledge, and leadership skills that will support their future success.
