About us
We are a volunteer-driven, grassroots, non-partisan, non-profit organization working to empower people and organizations in North San Diego County to take action on climate change through education, collaboration and mobilization.
Our members and active volunteers provide education through monthly presentations in cities throughout North County. Scientists, climatologists, renewable energy experts and project planners, community activists and leaders provide information to inform our North County community about issues pertaining to climate change and information about how to take action.

The Little Things That Run the World
1775 Dove Lane, Carlsbad, CA, USPlease join us on Saturday August 1st for a screening of the award-winning film, The Little Things That Run the World.
The North County Climate Change Alliance is delighted to be partnering with the Solana Beach Eco Rotary Club (SBECO) and other local environmental groups to present The Little Things That Run the World!
Location: The Schulman auditorium at the Dove Library 1775 Dove Lane, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
Time: The doors open at 2:00 PM, however plan on coming earlier to network and meet several local environmental groups. Following the film there will be a panel discussion.
Tickets: $10 adults and $5 for kids 14 and younger. Tickets are only available online HERE
This engaging, educational film uses striking photography and scientific insight to show how insects serve as the “glue of life,” supporting ecosystems and biodiversity. It is suitable for all ages, though children ages 7 and older may enjoy it most.
