Rethinking and Redesigning How Gallup's Clients Build Surveys
Gallup’s Workplace and Employee Engagement SaaS platform, Gallup Access, connects clients’ survey data to business outcomes, showing them exactly how to improve their business results. It's used by over 3,000 clients from a variety of industries and the platform has grown exponentially since its launch in 2015. Over the years the company has updated certain areas of the platform, but one area remained untouched and needed revitalized to meet the needs of our growing users – the Survey Builder.
Starting in January of this year, Gallup's UX team worked hand-in-hand with project managers and development teams to update and improve the experience of creating surveys. Join us as Gallup's leaders explain how they navigated the complexities of remote collaboration, managed a fast timeline and worked within the limitations of the platform to create a simple and efficient survey-building experience.
