Wild Spring is an April afternoon retreat — a gentle homecoming to body and earth as the land begins to whisper awake.
As winter loosens its hold, we gather to move slowly, breathe deeply, and listen for the quiet stirrings of new life — within and without. Guided by the subtle magic of the season, this retreat invites you to soften, unfurl, and remember your place in the living web of nature.

We’ll begin with a slow, grounding hatha flow and meditation, rooted in the rhythms of early spring. Through breath, gentle movement, and moments of stillness, we’ll awaken the body, open the heart, and attune to the delicate balance between rest and growth — the sacred pause before bloom.

Our practice will be woven with earth-honouring visualisation, and seasonal healing. Crystals, candlelight, and sacred herbs will support our journey, while guided meditations invite you to sink into the soil of your being and listen for what is quietly ready to emerge.

This is a space where intuition is welcomed and the wisdom of the land is felt.
After practice, we’ll gather for tea and homemade vegan, gluten-free cake, taking time to rest, reflect, and share gentle conversation before wandering into the Wildwood Spa, hidden beneath the trees.
Here, held by forest and birdsong, we’ll enter the elemental embrace of fire, water, and earth. Sauna heat melts away the remnants of winter, hot tubs soothe and restore, and cold plunges awaken the senses — an ancient ritual of renewal beneath the woodland canopy.

This is an unhurried afternoon of warmth, presence, and quiet enchantment — a chance to be held by the earth, to shed old layers, and to step into spring at its own tender pace.

In the healing hush of the Wildwood Spa, you step into a sanctuary where your spirit can soften and afternoon becomes a quiet pilgrimage back to your own heart.

After our practice, we’ll gather for tea and homemade vegan and GF cake before we wander to the woodland spa, where the ancient elements of water, fire, and forest hold space for renewal. Here, beneath the canopy of trees, we’ll immerse in the sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunges, letting go of tension and emerging lighter, calmer, more connected to the pulse of the earth.

Here is a testimonial from a Grounding workshop I did in the forest..

''Yesterday was one of the best days of my life.
I am so glad I found you and so glad we came
Thank you so so much.
I feel so calm and relaxed and actually feel very very different to how I did yesterday morning. Thank you for showing me that what I thought might be true, definitely is.
I cried about 5 times on the walk back the car!!!
I just felt quite overwhelmed with how amazing I felt.
Thank you again for my day in the forest!
It really has changed me''
