Join the group for a review of upcoming educational opportunities in conjunction with Kutztown University about real estate investing. Topics covered will be: REI basics, finding funding, analyzing rehabs, building a power team, utilizing experts, working with contractors, establishing business entities, calculating flip profits, marketing for deals and buyers, wholesaling, crowdfunding, lease options, cashflow calculations, etc...
All are welcome. Qualifying interviews will be required for those interested in a class, but everyone is welcome to join the presentation.

Doors open at 6:30pm for networking. Meeting starts promptly at 7pm.
