This month’s speaker will be Matt Koff of Parkland Abstract who will be presenting a breakdown of Seller’s Estimated Closing costs and Buyer’s Estimated Closing costs in detail so we can learn how to properly calculate closing costs in our real estate deals. He will also be going over the various charges involved in the closing paperwork.

We meet at the Lehigh Lodge Social Hall, 2120 Rt. 100 N., Macungie, PA 18062 (just 1 mile south of the Rt. 222 bypass). Lots of free parking.
Doors open at 6:30pm for networking. Meeting starts promptly at 7pm.
There is a $10 door charge to cover the rent.
