What we’re about
Mission Statement: A judgement-free collective of like-minded individuals engaging in social and volunteer activities that embrace, celebrate, and demonstrate the diverse talents and interests of our community.
We are a group of intellectual (and some might say introverted) people who want to participate in a fun, safe environment and attend events and network with other similarly minded individuals. We provide slates of events that our members can attend whether they simply want to grab a beer, play board or video games, attend concerts, volunteer in our community or participate in trivia. We have skilled leadership that locate and organize events for our membership and effortlessly bring like-minded people together to accomplish lofty goals.
A Nerdvanite strives to:
• Be excellent to each other and the community.
• Put the needs of the many over the needs of the few.
• Be the change you want to see in the world (we are a “do-ocracy”).
We will not tolerate bullying, targeting, hazing, threats, violence, sexual harassment, or illegal activities at any Nerdvana event.
