Does the group's title describe you? Were you more of a Freaks and Geeks kid than Mean Girls? (Does anyone else remember Square Pegs?)
Did your social habits and circles fall apart during Covid and you're peeking your head out and looking around thinking "now what?" This is the place for you! Get to know some new people over coffee or wine, go on low-key adventures, and explore local places and events.
We're looking forward to meeting you!
A few notes about our group:
- Most events will be "covid-conscious" - outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces.
- The $5 membership dues is ANNUAL not monthly, and helps cover the Meetup fee and things like renting a park shelter for our fall picnic
- We have a three-strikes no-show policy. *Changing your RSVP at the last minute does not count - that is TOTALLY FINE!* But please don't ghost us. Just get on the app and change it if you don't feel like peopleing that day.
- Although we run a few online events, especially during winter months, this is primarily an in-person group meant for making local in-person friends. If your location is listed as outside our area/out of state your request will be declined.
