TRE (tension/trauma release exercises) is a simple self help tool to build resilience in our nervous system, and a self myofascial release therapy. I believe stress relief therapeutic tools should be kept affordable and accessible to the public.

Most people will learn to self induce the vibration after an average of 3 sessions. The effects are usually immediate and cost-free after you master it yourself!

Each class at $45, bring a friend along $80 for 2.

First 10 minutes: Introduction of TRE
Next 70 minutes: Exercises and automatic shaking/vibration
Last 10 minutes: Questions and Debrief

Venue at a condo; 8 minutes walk from Mountbatten MRT
Small class of maximum 3 pax.

Minimum of 3 classes are highly recommended, and within a month, so that your body develop the muscle memory for the shake.

Address will be WA to you upon payment received via PAYNOW to 97828143. Please make payment within the same hour after RSVP to be fair to others who might want to attend the class. WA me a copy of the payment. For those who signed up but no payment received in the same hour, organizer reserved the rights to remove you from the event.
