About us
Mendoza's community for those who don't speak Spanish. The idea is to have 4 kinds of activities: near downtown, in the countryside, in the mountain, and outside Mendoza.
Near downtown: running and riding bikes along the bike paths; strolling along Lago del Parque; drinking mate together at the Rosedal; hiking to Cerro de la Gloria; trekking up Cerro Arco; playing soccer, basketball, paddle, etc., on sports fields we use free or at a discount; piling into a bus and heading out to Fiesta de la Vendimia in March; celebrating every birthday; ensuring that nobody in this community spends Christmas or New Year's alone. In the countryside: eating asado, empanadas, washing it all down with Malbec, beer, or Fernet; eating locro on May 25th; going to Festival de la Tonada in Tunuyán in January; going to Lago Potrerillos or Lago El Carrizal whenever we feel like it. In the mountain: going to Las Leñas or Penitentes in winter. Outside Mendoza: going to Cosquín Rock in Córdoba in January.
