Here’s how it works:
- Arrive at 6:30pm for registration, your code name and number
- Everyone will be given a “Social Sheet.” This is where you can jot down the name and code numbers of those you want to share your info with. This is the only way that you will be expected to exchange info.
- To get things going we will have an ice breaker game
- Following that we’ll have everyone head to the Common Interests Corners (putting people with common interests together)
- Finally, we’ll start our Speed Socializing rounds where you will randomly socialize with at least 15 people for 3 minutes each using both prepared and your own questions that will help you find people you may want to stay in contact with. Please note that you will be paired with both men and women.
- When the socializing rounds are finished you can stay at the bar and continue conversations with the people you met.
Rules For The Social Circles After Work Party:
- You may give your personal or professional info to someone but you CANNOT ask for someone else’s.
- No last names.
- No asking someone for a date (you can do this at a later time if you find you have that type of connection). This just takes the pressure off everyone.

Join us for a very special Valentine's Tipsy Painting event - for both singles and couples! Choose from 2 different pictures to paint. Couples paint 1/2 of a heart and singles paint martinis! Beginners through advanced are welcome.
Everything is included: a pre-sketched canvas, unlimited painting materials (brushes, acrylic paints, etc.) and a take home bag. No smocks so please dress appropriately. 1 purchase minimum (drink or food).
We'll have a professional artist guide you through a featured painting that is yours to keep and proudly display at the end of the night. And don’t worry — no experience is necessary.
What to expect:
• 2+ hour course lead by an expert artist to teach you the art of mixing colors, blending and painting techniques.

This event will be held at the gorgeous Cancun Long Island lounge in Hicksville so that you can mingle in style. It is also Jays 22 Year business anniversary.*6:30- 7:30 PM- Pre-party for ages 20s, 30s & 40s only (we will check id if needed) . You can stay for the full party afterwards.
*7:30-9 PM- Main Singles Party- The event opens up to ALL AGES . Those from the pre-party will be welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the night. No shouting required! Music will stay at the perfect volume for real conversations. Plus, we’ll kick things up with icebreaker games to spark the fun, prize giveaways to keep things exciting, and a cash bar and food to keep you fueled for mingling.
