What we’re about
We are an inclusive group where people of all neurodivergent identities in the Sacramento area can connect, learn, share, listen, and offer mutual support.
This informal get-together seeks to build a community of neurodivergent people, and to create an atmosphere that caters to a diverse array of communication styles and sensory needs.
There is never a requirement to speak or share so it's always okay to come just to listen in after introducing yourself. People of all neurotypes, identities and diagnosis (including self-diagnosis) are welcomed and accepted. All NDC Sac events are free.
We're not a "support group," but our vision is a connected community of people supporting each other both during and outside of our events.
