About us
Are you the partner of a neurodiverse adult (who may be autistic, have ADHD, and/or other health conditions)? This group is for the person who may be neurotypical or have higher emotional support needs in their divergent relationships. Differences in your relationship are the norm - come find understanding in a validating environment! Group is hosted by a clinical psychologist, but this is not a skills or therapy group, rather a supportive space. Our group principles are validation instead of advice, instilling hope, and sharing valuable resources and information.
This group is free. We meet virtually every two weeks on thursdays at 6pm. We also meet at the SociAbility office in Northbrook every quarter for an in-person hangout.
